Corporate Secretary Officer

The Corporate Secretary Officer will support the company’s governance framework, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and facilitate effective board and committee meetings. The role requires maintaining accurate records, managing corporate documentation, and liaising with internal stakeholders to uphold best practices in corporate governance. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, develop expertise in capital markets, and contribute to the integrity and professionalism of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized/reputable university
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, Corporate Governance, Compliance, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and capital market regulations, particularly OJK and IDX regulations, is a plus
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Interest in capital markets, corporate governance, and public company matters is an advantage
