Recruitment & Selection Staff

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct psychological test administration & interview.
• Develop and maintain recruitment databases and talent pools.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, schools, and other talent sources.
• Analyze recruitment effectiveness and propose improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Male, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Experienced in recruitment and selection process.
• Knowledge of interview techniques and psychological testing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Hard worker, able to multi-tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500
• Willing to work in a mobile role.
• Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat.
