Berlokasi di KEK Kendal, Jawa Tengah, pabrik senilai Rp5,4 triliun ini merupakan patungan dari Lopal Tech, CATL, dan BTR New Material, yang menargetkan kapasitas produksi hingga 120.000 ton.
