1. ADMIN

Job Responsibilities

• Handle financial transaction administration, including recording all routine operational income and expenses.
• Manage billing administration for bulk water sales and prepare periodic reports on operational revenue and expenses.
• Manage personnel administration related to employee training and certification.
• Compile and summarize data on employee attendance, work schedules, leave, and overtime calculations based on factual records, including attendance data for vendors or outsourced personnel.
• Manage expenses and routine outlays, and maintain records to generate organized and accurate monthly reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education in Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Accounting.
• Having experiences in administration and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan

2. HSE ADMIN

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Officer in collecting, compiling, and preparing Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS & ENV) reports.
• Monitor OHS & Environment compliance in accordance with the latest regulations and drive innovations in the implementation of existing OHS systems in coordination with the HSE Officer.
• Execute OHS & Environment programs, including inspections, P5M (pre-shift briefings), safety talks, housekeeping, Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health (IHOH), first aid, internal training, health campaigns, morning exercises, HRA, MCU, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, accident reporting, etc.
• Ensure the availability of PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies, and foster an OHS culture.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3 in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Certified in K3LH/HSE
• Good communication skills, compliance-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan
