Lowongan Kerja PT World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO Indonesia)

1. Livestream Operator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a recognized university.
• Experience in livestream operations, broadcasting, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
• Familiar with livestream platforms and basic livestream equipment and setup.
• Possess good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor livestream sessions on Shopee & TikTok
• Prepare and check livestream equipment, setup, and technical requirements before each session.
• Monitor the livestream flow and handle basic technical issues during the session when needed.
• Assist in preparing products, promotional materials, and other operational needs for livestream sessions.
• Conduct post-livestream checks and provide basic reports or feedback on each session.

2. Livestream Host

Requirements:

• Host livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Promote products in an engaging way to drive sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Work with the team to plan livestream ideas and campaigns.
• Monitor livestream performance and suggest improvements.
• Handle basic audience interaction during livestream (comments, questions).
• Available to work in shifts and during campaign periods

Job Description:

• Experience in livestream or sales is a plus.
• Confident on camera with good communication skills.
• Active on social media and aware of current trends.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a team. Good grooming and presentable appearance.
• Able to handle live audience interaction.
• Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CapCut.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
