Loker –  PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) berperan sebagai agen tunggal pemegang merek dan produsen kendaraan Isuzu yang melakukan kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran kendaraan dan komponennya di Indonesia.  IAMI merupakan perusahaan ventura bersama antara PT Arya Kharisma (anak perusahaan PT Astra International Tbk) dengan Isuzu Motors Limited. IAMI juga berperan sebagai distributor kendaraan kategori Commercial Vehicle (CV) dengan dukungan dari Isuzu Sales Operation (ISO) untuk distribusi kendaraan kategori Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV). Produk dan Jasa Kendaraan Isuzu dipasarkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komersial yang bervariasi di berbagai jenis sektor industri di Indonesia.

Isuzu dipasarkan sebagai kendaraan niaga multi-guna yang handal dan berkualitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbagai segmen pasar yang luas. Pada tahun 2017, jaringan distribusi Isuzu memiliki 108 outlet, dimana sekitar 47% dari jaringan tersebut dikelola oleh ISO. Menyadari tingkat penggunaan kendaraan menentukan kelancaran operasional bisnis pemiliknya, maka IAMI menjadikan jaminan akses dan kemampuan layanan purna jual yang terbaik untuk setiap kendaraan Isuzu sebagai prioritas utama. Layanan purna jual IAMI terdiri dari 128 kendaraan yang memfasilitasi layanan Bengkel Isuzu Berjalan (BIB) dan 2.403 gerai suku cadang. Komitmen untuk menghadirkan keahlian tim teknisi berkaliber internasional juga dibuktikan dengan keberhasilan meraih peringkat pertama untuk kategori Kendaraan Komersial dalam I-1 Grand Prix 2017, yaitu ajang Isuzu World Technical Competition yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun di Jepang, di mana sejak tahun 2013 hingga saat ini tim Astra Isuzu berhasil menduduki peringkat dua terbaik secara konsisten.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum Bachelors’s degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Strong interest in the commercial vehicle automotive industry.

2. Legal & Compliance Analyst

Responsible for providing legal and compliance support, including legal document handling, corporate secretarial matters, regulatory monitoring, data privacy governance, and maintaining corporate legal records to support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, min GPA 3,25
• Strong legal analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good understanding of corporate law and legal principles
• Ability to draft and review legal documents, including contracts, legal opinions, letters, and reports
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

3. IT Analyst

Analyze, organize, review, and evaluate all stages of IT project development to ensure that IT projects go live on time and in accordance with the established blueprint.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25. Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong interest in the commercial vehicle automotive industry. Understanding of project management.
• Knowledge of business analysis, IT risk management, System Development
• Life Cycle (SDLC), database management, UI/UX, and basic server operations.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Knowledge of and interest in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity will be an advantage.

4. Secretary to BOD

Prepare agendas, facilitate and coordinate communication among management, and ensure that all Board of Directors (BOD) activities run smoothly and comply with applicable regulations and corporate governance policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in any field of study. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong interest in the commercial vehicle automotive industry.
• Excellent document management and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the IAMI Head Office in Sunter.
