Loker – PT Motor Sights International (MSI) adalah perusahaan penyedia solusi transportasi dan operasional kendaraan komersial/berat yang didirikan pada 2022 di Jakarta. MSI berfokus pada penjualan unit (khususnya truk heavy-duty Shacman), suku cadang, dan layanan teknis, serta bermitra dengan Tsingshan Group untuk mendukung operasional pertambangan.

MSI GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM (GTP)

PT Motor Sights International membuka kesempatan bagi lulusan S1 untuk bergabung melalui MSI Graduate Trainee Program (GTP), program Management Trainee selama 24 bulan yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan profesional, pengalaman lapangan, dan kepemimpinan calon talenta masa depan.

TENTANG PROGRAM GTP
Durasi program: 24 bulan
Program ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan pengembangan:

1. Learn (Bulan 1–6)
Mempelajari MSI, produk perusahaan, dan cara bisnis perusahaan berjalan.

2. Contribute (Bulan 7–12)
Terlibat dalam pekerjaan nyata, pencapaian KPI, dan memperoleh pengalaman lapangan.

3. Grow (Bulan 13–24)
Mengambil tanggung jawab lebih besar, memimpin proyek, dan mempersiapkan diri untuk menempati peran strategis.

Kualifikasi :

• Fresh graduate atau memiliki pengalaman kerja maksimal 2 tahun.
• IPK minimal 3,00.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi kerja (site placement).
• Memiliki SIM A aktif.
• Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik.

POSITIONS:

1. MSI GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) For Technical Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn MSI product specifications, including EV commercial vehicles, electrical systems, and batteries.
• Prepare service manuals, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical bulletins.
• Support PDI, commissioning, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and warranty investigations.
• Coordinate technical problem-solving, maintenance planning, technician training, and service reports.

Major:

• D3 / S1 Heavy Equipment, Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Transportation & Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics

2. MSI GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) For Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn vehicle specifications, assembly drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Repare process flows, SOS, WI, and production facilities.
• Support CKD assembly, engineering trials, production trials, and mass production.
• Analyze production efficiency, solve assembly issues, monitor readiness (4M+1E), and prepare reports.

• D3 / S1 Heavy Equipment, Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Transportation & Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics

3. MSI GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) For Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn product quality standards, technical specifications, drawings, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare quality plans, inspection standards, and check sheets; support IQC, IPQC, and FQC.
• Inspect CKD components, identify defects, and analyze quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Support corrective actions, quality evaluations, and improvement reports.

• D3 / S1 Heavy Equipment, Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Transportation & Logistics, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics.

4. MSI GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) For Spare Parts Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn product structure, part numbers, drawings, and component specifications.
• Develop spare parts catalogues and verify part numbers, specifications, and compatibility.
• Identify spare parts needs based on usage, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with related teams, manage spare parts data, and prepare readiness reports.

5. MSI GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) For S1 Graduates (Sales/Business Consulant)
