Human Capital Communication Junior Officer
As part of the Talent Engagement & Culture Activation team, you’ll help create meaningful experiences that strengthen employee engagement and bring Blibli’s culture to life. From internal communication and engagement campaigns to culture initiatives and employee programs, you’ll play an important role in connecting our people with our values, purpose, and one another.
As a Human Capital Communications Junior Officer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute initiatives that foster a strong and engaging employee experience. You’ll translate ideas and business needs into clear communication, engaging campaigns, and impactful employee activities. This role combines communication, creativity, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to help build a culture where our people feel connected, engaged, and inspired to grow together.
What We’ll Work On Together:
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, including email, Microsoft Teams, and digital platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand communication needs and transform briefs into clear, effective, and engaging messages.
- Draft, review, and refine communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce communication assets that support organizational campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage communication calendars and oversee the timely delivery of announcements, campaigns, and employee engagement content.
- Lead and support internal communication projects, including process improvements, channel enhancements, and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute projects independently from planning to implementation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
- Experience managing internal communications, content creation, or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Open for Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experiences.
